Shipping Information

Please select Route Shipping Insurance at checkout in the event your package and items are damaged during shipping.  We are not responsible for any damages once your package leaves our warehouse. All packages are insured by the United States Post Office.  If you have a claim, please submit your claim on the USPS.com website for a refund. 

Route Shipping Insurance covers all lost and damaged items, if it is selected at checkout we will replace in-stock items or issue a refund if the item is not in stock.
